Nasi kerupuk
Bahan-bahan membuatnya yaitu :
1 Kg Beras
1/2 Butir Kelapa (dibuat santan kira-kira menjadi 2 gelas)
2 Buah Daun Pandan (disimpulkan)
2 Ruas Jari Jahe (geprek)
1 Batang Serai (geprek)
1 Sdm Garam / Sesuai selera
Air
Langkah -langkah membuatnya yaitu :
Cuci bersih beras kemudian rendam selama 30 menit angkat dan tiriskan.
Kukus beras selama 25 menit sampai menjadi nasi setengah matang.
Rebus santan bersama daun pandan, jahe, serai dan garam sambil diaduk agar santan tidak pecah.
Taruh nasi setengah matang di baskom lalu siram dengan santan, aduk hingga merata.
Masak kembali nasi di atas dadang tunggu hingga matang.
Sajikan nasi bersama kering tempe dan telur dadar rawis.
