Phaya manok
Ingredients
1/2 tailed chicken according to taste
1 coconut milk dissolved with 1000 ml of water
Ground spices
6 cloves of garlic
2 segments of turmeric
4 candlenuts
2 segments galangal
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 sprigs of lemongrass geprek
2 bay leaves
2 orange leaves
Sufficient salt sugar and powdered broth
Step
In the pan, sprinkle the chicken with a fine spice and let sit for 10 minutes.
Pour coconut milk, whole spices and give salt, sugar and powdered broth then boil until coconut milk sat. Lift. Fried chicken until golden yellow. Serve
