Kinilaw na Lato
Hi Steemians! This is called Lato in our own dialect but also called as Sea Grapes or Green Caviar.
To prepare the kinilaw na Lato, I always make sure to wash it with vinegar thoroughly to remove dirt. And after that you can simply mix spices, vinegar and some salt to taste. You can also add tomatoes and onions for a more flavourful taste.
