ColorChallenge: Blue Flowers from the Berlin Art Week

Last weekend I have been to the Berlin Art Week, where I visited two art trade fairs.
You can picture them like large museums of modern art.
I took 1700+ pictures in each of them!
Here is something for the ColorChallenge - a great idea, by the way!
And this is my second post after my self-presentation.
In this painting - I have forgotten from whom - there is really a lot of blue.
Doesn't it remind you of the European flag - only with smaller (sunken?) stars
