uduk food is cooked rice with coconut milk, usually served with orek tempe, eggs / chicken, vermicelli, chilli and crackers. In Sukabumi uduk rice has unique creations, purple uduk rice. This quirky rice is served at Mamih Ungu's place to eat. Just like the components of uduk rice in general, it's just uduk rice served purple. Purple color obtained from the essence of sweet potatoes / fruits so it is safe for consumption and also nutritious. In addition to purple, there is also green uduk rice with dye from green peppers.
