A child labour Working in a Red Brick factory. Not Everything Trending Red looks nice (Monday Red) colorchallenge
Yes we live in this world where everything trending red is not great to watch, this is one of them. This picture is of a girl child working in a brick factory in India. There are laws against child labour but some people take advantage of the poor condition of these children and to get cheap labour they engage them illegally. Children who must get an education and a normal life are tortured in these factories. Today more than 200 million children are child labours in this world. Raise your voice against child labour and help these children get a great life like you did. @kalemandra
That is very strong photo. If it is yours, please provide some info on your equipment and exposure data. If it is not, leave a link to the author or a source. Thank you @romitroksharan.
Sir, this photo is not mine but I am really sorry I don't have the original source for it. This photo was in my laptop from quite a time. I will try to find the source and get back to you if I succeed.
Everyday the world witnesses emerging problems with high and unique difficulty level but the basic problem remains earning the daily bread.
Totally agree with you but child labour is not a solution of anything, it must be abolished.
I agree!
Sometimes we need to accept the bitter truth that the world is not always fair. And also accept the fact that some people need a helping hand. Really breaks my heart when i see photo like this! :(
We must fight against these types of social evils.
This is the huge shame on the face of humanity!! No child deserves it.
People have a habit of blaming others, These wrongs could also be handled on an individual level and not always blame the government for everything.
If you try to take action on your own against a child abuser or person responsible for child labor; that same person will take the shelter of same Government which should be protecting the children on first place.
There are individuals all over the world who can make money by having children work for them. It's Government's duty to create the laws to protect the children and then HONESTLY implement (force) these laws. Otherwise we don't need the so called Government.
I totally agree with you sir but the government has laws against child labour which are not implemented by the individuals.
P.S- Sir i posted something, please have a look.
Ha hahaa, you are very gentle dear Ronit. Government's duty is not only to create laws but bigger one is to imply (force) those laws HONESTLY, otherwise law is mere a piece of paper nothing else. It's Government's duty to see if the child labor law is in full force. If not then why not? Who is responsible? Is it the enforcement officer? Is this the individual or company doing it? Find it out, if this is the enforcement office, fire him/her right way. If this the individual then bring him/her to the justice under the law.
Trust me if that will happen at couple places you will see reduction in the crime.
Yes, Sir, you are right but there is a lot of corruption that you must not deny and that is the root cause of all wrongs but yes if the government will take strict action then everything will be totally according to the laws and regulations.
You got my point Romit, it's the corruption which needed to be stopped first of all. Otherwise rule of law will never come.
Heartbreaking. She should be in school or out with friends enjoying her young life.
I know how bad it feels, On an individual level one must try to help these kids and not always blame the government for this.
