Ready to pop

Did you know how new pine tree needles sprout?

Well, now you do :) I was taking a stroll in a beautiful #Swedish forest when noticed (for the first time in my life) that the fresh juicy needles are confined to grow away from the branch, so they don't interfere with the other sprouts. Then, once they are strong and long enough, they pop!
