For colourfulphotography contest. Russian national roundelay

Someone may think that Russian people always wear shoes, dress in quilted jackets, bears walk along the streets, and they sit on the stove and play the balalaika. It is not so. More precisely, not so. However, sometimes we also have folk holidays, when women take out of the closet old clothes, gather in dances, and brave guys play along with them on the accordion.

In the air happens multi-colored flashing outfits and scarves, and laughter, and even children are not lagging behind adults.

These pictures I did a couple of years ago on the feast of St. Peter and Fevronia. To our city came a lot of entertainers from other cities, were organized carousels and various outdoor games. It's a lot of walking and the holiday was a success.
