A very noticeable 3.2 Billion gap between the two. In this race tony comes out on top.

While Bruce is thinker, Tony is both a thinker and executor. Bruce relies on Mr Fox to help execute and build his ideas. Stark on the other hand can hatch up the plan execute the blue prints and move on. Leaving stark to be solely reliant on his own abilities.

Tony seems to win the battle of the billionaires. With all this been said DC and Marvel are amazing in the comic book universe by bringing all these amazing heros and villains alive.
Batman is much cooler than Iron man. And i think in a fight he would find a way to defeat Ironman. An EMP-Pistol perhaps ^^ he even defeated Supermann in the movie.

Nice work on the drawing. However I beg to differ on Iron Man defeating Batman. On paper I agree that Iron Man should win, but Batman has a killer instinct that Tony lacks. Batman is by far the better thinker, otherwise he wouldn't be able to defeat Superman every time they fight. Iron Man builds the most powerful weapons possible. But Batman builds tech specifically designed to exploit an opponent's weakness. The only reason he doesn't create an Iron Man type suit is because he enjoys feeling a bone breaking against his hands when possible. In all honesty, Batman wins and it's really not that close. Good day sir.
