Making communities thrive on Steem - final resultssteemCreated with Sketch.

What would make community thrives on Steem?

In SOS-forum no. 6 @pennsif and his guests @carrieallen (Helpie), @clixmoney (@dcooperation), @enginewitty (The Alliance), @hauptmann (@dtube.forum), @jonyoudyer (Canna-Curate), @shadowspub (Rambling Radio), @shredz7 (Stratos), @starkerz (@oracle-d), @taskmaster4450 and @teamhumble suggested five approaches to this question:

Support for newcomers

Comfort for users

Shielded community space

Joint community tasks

Serving specific interests

Great! What of these is most feasible? What is most impactful? Where to concentrate on? All Steemians were asked to give their opinion using DPoll. Now, the final results of the polls are here. Have a look at them!

What to do with this? Avoid wasting energy! Concentrate on the most impactful and most feasible action! You'll find it in the upper right corner.
So:

Think about how to support newcomers.

And if you got a little bit more time, include **creating a shielded community space ** and
user comfort.

By doing all this, don't forget last week's result on marketing:

Focus on communities, not rewards!

And don't waste your time on those further down or to the left.

Whom does this address? Everybody! Everybody caring about communities in the Steem ecosystem: DApp-owners, developers like @shredz7, Steemit Inc. @elipowell, a future foundation following the work of @steemalliance, community builders like ourselves, building a community for the Global Goals... And most important: every single Steemian, since there is no board or CEO responsible for executing this strategy. Have fun doing so.

Thanks to @bluerobo @imacryptorick @Pennsif @rycharde @starkerz @ShadowsPub @Darlenys @ShadowsPub and @cryptocurator who assisted in setting this up.
And congrats to @bigtom13, who is no cub reporter anymore, but has turned into a professional truffle hunter, digging out the precious contents of SOS-forums.
