Hey @steembasicincome! I have 44.032 $ balance. As you are powering down much of your STEEM, would it be possible to cash out and receive that Steem directly. Thanks a bunch!
We are powering down to facilitate Liquid refund and transfer refund requests. For legal reasons, pending vote balances cannot be cashed out directly. They can be converted into bonus units, but those bonus units don't have any monetary value (bonus units are not eligible for a refund, only for more upvotes going forward).
We are contemplating bringing back comment votes on Steem (though not on Hive), which could make it easier for you to start getting regular votes again.

That can be requested to another account, so maybe somebody would offer a price for the 170 bonus units your pending balance would convert into.
