Complaining makes you lose your chances
In life, we can often see people like this, who shuttle between different companies all day and look busy, but they are not busy for work, but are busy looking for work everywhere. They have worked in many companies and engaged in different professions. They cannot say that they have no ability, but they are covered by their own complaints.
In fact, what they are complaining about is not the main cause of unemployment. On the contrary, this kind of complaining behavior just shows that their current situation-looking for work everywhere, is completely caused by themselves.
However, constant complaints will inevitably make people's minds fluctuate, and then they can't focus on work, or even perfunctory. Over time, problems will naturally arise. Even if you do not fire your boss, your boss has already ranked you among the people who should resign. What's more, if you develop the habit of complaining and want to find your next job, or want to make a difference in your next job, it will be very difficult. This point, anyone who has frequently changed jobs should have a deep experience.
Albert Hubbard, the author of "Letter to Garcia," once asked a manager who had hired hundreds of employees how he looked at different candidates. The manager said: “When I recruit employees, I attach great importance to how the applicants evaluate the company they have just left and the main work they have previously engaged in. If the applicants just say bad things about their past employers, or even malicious slanders, this I would not consider it anyway."
Complaints make people superficial and narrow-minded. A person who fills his mind with complaints cannot accommodate the future, nor will it be accommodated by the future.
Look at the people around us who only complain and don't work hard but are trying to find a job. They never know how to cherish their current job opportunities. They always hold almost stupid hopes that their next job will be better. They don't understand that generous material rewards are based on hard work; they don't understand that even if the salary is meager, they can make full use of work opportunities to improve their skills.
In the day-to-day complaints, they lost job opportunities again and again, allowing their great years to pass by in vain, making their unsatisfactory skills become worthless in the rapidly developing modern society. They have never clearly realized a harsh reality: in today's increasingly competitive competition, job opportunities are hard-won.
Don't cherish job opportunities, don't work hard in your current job, no matter how high your education is, how strong your ability, you will eventually be overwhelmed by a huge unemployed team.
People say that gambling is like using two bowls to pour a bowl of water back and forth, and pour it back and forth. There is only one result: there is less and less water in the bowl. In fact, it’s the same if you change jobs frequently because you don’t work hard, you use countless bowls to pour a bowl of water, and you can imagine what is left in the end.
Nowadays, more and more people are looking for jobs in society. There are dozens of job fairs in Beijing alone, and every one is overcrowded. Based on this, many people believe that most people are unemployed because employers reduce their demand for labor, which makes many highly capable people unemployed. Is this really the case? Of course not. There are many vacancies in many companies and organizations that are not filled by suitable people.
In the newspapers, there are advertisements of "recruiting staff" everywhere, and many bosses are eager to find talents that can be used for them. In addition, dozens of large-scale job fairs a year also show that this kind of argument simply cannot be established.
A person who keeps complaining will only waste time and energy, that is, at this moment, the opportunity has already slipped away from them. People have the habit of liking to rest and to work, and those who follow the steps will not be okay to find things. If they are not forced by the environment, most of them will just settle for the status quo and not seek to make progress. And when misfortune does happen, they only ask: "Why do bad things always happen to me?" They never look for reasons on their own.
Good work is not found, it is done. In fact, each of us has always had the potential to become an outstanding employee, has always had the opportunity to be entrusted with important tasks, and has always faced the door to promotion and salary increase. But why do you have to wait until there is nowhere to go before trying to change your mentality and way of doing things?
Don't let the time slip away a little bit on a safe and comfortable day, and don't sit there waiting for the "sunny bolt" to suddenly knock you down. People who work hard know that they must keep their destiny firmly in their own hands.
A philosopher once said that only those who refuse to grow will feel the pain of growth. God usually uses a gentle alarm to remind us first, but when we ignore his alarm, his old man will strike a heavy hammer.
To stand out from ordinary work, on the one hand, is determined by the individual's talents, on the other hand, it depends on the individual's enterprising mentality. The world gives the green light to those who work hard until the end of his life.
