Is it possible to send a program or code software that could make a computer explode?

Not really “explode”.

There isn’t generally enough stored energy inside a computer that could be released fast enough to make an explosion.

With some computers, it has been (rarely) possible to physically destroy them using software alone:

The old “PET” computer could be made to burn out a relay by turning it on and off again at an unusually high rate. Not very exciting.

Some 6502 computers could be destroyed with software by putting them into some internal test mode that allowed you to short together some of their data busses - this would destroy the chip - but not cause a fire or anything.

It’s said that one could destroy a PDP-11 by making use of the fact that it’s 8 registers were mapped into the first 8 bytes of memory and by loading code for a tight loop into the registers and then executing it, that the execution speed would be high enough to cause a memory cell to overheat and self-destruct.

Several modern computers can be “bricked” (made to be impossible to reboot) by writing garbage into some flash memory locations. This destroys them - in the sense that they become useless - but no fire or other exciting things.

Hahaha loved those logic bombs:):):)

Fry a system by rewording code which sets max heat and or changes sensor parameters? Not my forte

Wow! its really working
