For i3 processor 4 Gb Ram is sufficient and i5 or i7 processor RAM should be above 8 Gb for better processing. The latest version of RAM is DDR4 as this is having a high capacity to read and write.

In today's market there are different type hard drives available for our laptops like HDD (Hard Disk Drive) and SSD (Solid State Drive) and in HDD ample of space is available like 1TB or 2TB. Whereas in SSD memory is stored in small chips and the task could be done with instant speed. But the storage is costly if compared with HDD. In Apple laptops, SSD storage is used that is why the performance of apple laptops are more and the storage is less.

Furthermore, software is also fundamental in the performance of laptops if you are purchasing windows laptop than it means that company is already paying the amount of windows operating system due to which it is costing more than DOS and Linux operating systems.
