Very narrow, columnar form with magnificent, bright, golden yellow new growth that retains good color throughout the season. A stunning specimen on its own, this selection makes great impact when used in mass plantings as an evergreen screen, windbreak, or tall hedge.

First of all, I’m always really excited when @ctrl-alt-nwo shows up on my notification.

Swanes Golden Cypress is a vigorous ornamental tree with a very stately, columnar shape that can reach up to seven metres in height. It has rather flaky or scaly bark and produces small, spherical female cones.

It features dense, green to golden yellow evergreen foliage that can be clipped to shape or left to its own elegant outline. Being naturally pencil-thin they really can be left to their own devices and still look very elegant.

They make excellent screens or hedges but are also seen in formal gardens creating a majestic impact when planted along driveways and broad paths.
Best in cooler climates, they prefer light, well drained, moist soils of any type. They are also coastal tolerant e.g. can handle salty winds.

I recognize the cypress, it grows the same. This slowly growing evergreen conifer has a very attractive yellow foliage, which is maintained throughout the year. Its very narrow, columnar shape is great for containers, individual samples or for softening corners. Slowly reaching 15-20 'x 2-3', this bright cypress is resistant to deer, thriving on the coast and easily spiral or form. After installation, a little water is required.

Swane's Golden Pencil Pine

It is a very enchanting plant with a beautiful green color.
I think, it is very suitable to be planted in front of the house or in the garden. And unique, it can be like our fence.
Leaves that form a round cone are a hallmark of this ornamental plant.
Plants that grow in this sunny place create beautiful scenery. This ornamental plant, can grow in all soil structure.
In addition, this beautiful plant, can be planted in a narrow land, because the growth loomed up.
Enjoy!
