The U.S. SEC is suing Consensys, the operator of MetaMask! | SECがMetaMask運営のConsensysを提訴か！？
米証券取引委員会（SEC）は、暗号資産（仮想通貨）ウォレットのMetaMaskなどを手掛ける米Web3ソフトウェア企業Consensysを、証券法違反で提訴したそうで「MetaMask Swaps」と「MetaMask Staking」。この2つのサービスが証券法違反にあたると主張してるらしい。
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against Consensys, a U.S. Web3 software company that offers MetaMask, a crypto asset (virtual currency) wallet, and MetaMask Swaps and MetaMask Staking for securities law violations. They claim that these two services are in violation of securities laws.
