Cruz is a victim of brain implant mind control, he will be convinced he was the shooter. A simulated scene would have been played over and over again in his mind for months perhaps years. At the end of each simulated scene (it's a game to the mind control victim) he shoots himself and all those he killed in the simulation/game get up and it starts over again. What is becoming obvious is the evil controllers are becoming desperate, their victims are not performing as programmed, hence the armour clad assassin. Regardless Cruz will be convinced he did it. So what's the solution to ensuring you don't become a victim of mind control? Either go about your business in a Faraday Cage lol, or realise being made in God's image is full of untapped power.
