McAdams asserts the State Department will now be actively taxpayer funds to counter narratives that counter state misinformation.
McAdams asserts Global Engagement Center sprung out of an NDAA. Originally it was intended to counter AQAP and other Wahabist propaganda. Apparently it may now being shifted against alternative media--including media from a former US congressman and candidate for GOP nomination for president.

This has always happened, there are people who do not believe that the government does not get involved in this type of actions, but they do not know anything, extortion is the daily bread in politics.
yea, 1st amendment kind of pointless if at the barrel of a gun the state is actively piping out information, many if not all of it being disinformation.

It's very likely that you are creating bots for scams like this bot "seakraken". Otherwise, it does not explain why a large player with an investor in 10k steem power will shoot down bets on small bots to not profitable ones.
