The ultra short version is that I have encountered lightships twice at a range of less than 100M and had telepathic communication with those involved.
One of the vehicles, I later learned, was featured in a documentary from Mexico because a man there has had many years of contacts with it and even claims to have gone aboard the vehicle and had very interesting experiences.
