Aliens Eating Humans in National Parks ?! Unexplained Disappearances

“Aliens eating People in National Parks!!”

Mr. John Greenwald established his website ‘the black vault,’ https://www.theblackvault.com/, when he was just 15 years of age, back in 1996. His aim? “Exposing government secrets... one page at a time,” and he “began hammering the U.S. Government with FOIA (Freedom of Information) requests to obtain information. It is now the largest online repository of declassified government documents anywhere in the world,’ with an astonishing 1.4 million pages of documents available to read there, and covering “nearly every government secret imaginable.”

One particular FOIA request resulted in a highly disturbing result when requested from the United States Forest Service, which oversees the 154 national forests in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Forest Service complied with Mr Greenwald’s request ‘for all documents relating to the UFO phenomena including reports submitted or witnessed by USFS personnel.’

On February 7th, 2017, he received a reply with 9 pages of documents attached, compiled from his FOIA request. The most curious result in the FOIA records sent to Mr Greenwald is the written account of a telephone call the forest service received. Dated December 30th 2013, and from one Tonto National Park Service Ranger to all National Park Rangers, is an email. The email said: ‘All, David received a call this morning at the front desk from a male caller reporting the construction of a secret government installation upstream from the Salt River Canyon past Pinal Creek (Upstream from Roosevelt Lake). Aliens and at least one detached head are involved.’

‘Caller claims to have seen construction cranes coming out the side of the cliffs, miniature stealth planes and UFOs, aliens and people working together at the site, aliens eating people. He found a severed head and claims to have pictures of some of this stuff.’

‘Caller reported that he is 60, not crazy, and doesn't do drugs. He said he had already called the 'office at the lake', but he didn't know if those people were “turning the other cheek or maybe those people have been paid off.” I'm sure the media will be all over this. PS David and I aren't doing drugs either.’

The ‘PS’ would suggest that it does not appear as though the call was taken seriously by the national park service ranger who received it. There is also no follow up, or at least, no follow-up sent in the FOIA request, but then again, the NPS is only obliged to provide as much information as is required to fulfil the FOIA request.

Bizarrely however, this is not the first reference to there being a secret military/alien base in the Tonto National Forest of Arizona. In a series of online reports known as ‘Filer's Files,’ by MUFON director George A. Filer, a witness called Scott Heckman spoke of a base in the National Forest in March 2000, where he says, “scores of people have gone missing.”

Heckman, who says he has been hiking in the area for 30 years, says: ‘The most major base that I have been able to follow craft towards is in the Tonto National Forest. I discovered it while camping in the Sierra Ancha Wilderness (inside Tonto National Forest). The UFO’s kept flying down into the basin, at two minutes apart. They flew low, out of the southeast at about 2,000 ft. above terrain. During the daytime A-10's use the area for training. Re-fuelling practice also occurs here day and night.”

“The craft seemed to know my location as they kept avoiding me when I would relocate my position to get a better look. These areas have been plagued with several unexplained disappearances that have occurred in Cochise County over the last 30 years. Cars are abandoned with people's ID; money and keys left behind..."
