U.S Attorney: There is something strange about Imran Awan Indictment

in #conspiracy7 years ago

Andrew McCarthy III, a former assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, has come forward, stating that in regards to the indictment of Imran Awan, the person now at the heart of what could be the largest case of espionage within the United States, that there is something very strange happening. He cites most notably, the fact that the indictment itself, leaves out the most important piece of evidence – the fact that Imran Awan was fleeing the country.

This piece of evidence within the indictment, is important, because it means that without it being added to Imran Awan, that the court would have to dismiss any evidence pertaining to Imran Awan’s attempts to flee the country. Thereby, weakening the case significantly for the prosecution; the same entity that prepared the indictment in the first place.

In fact, so strange was the omission, of leaving off the fact that Imran Awan tried to flee the country from the formal indictment, it looks as if the prosecution, is trying to “slow step” or completely throw the case against Imran Awan. A case which has already shown, by public record and testimony, that Imran Awan hacked into congressional computer systems, and stored highly sensitive materials, secretly, on offsite cloud storage. For this role, he was paid, as well as his family, 4 times the normal IT staffer rate – 160,000 USD.

The judges and the prosecutors need to be fired. The whole system is full of compromised and blackmailed pedophiles.

You won't get any justice until that is done.

Agreed .... Trump needs to have a one hour "Best of Weiner, Abedin, and Schulz Laptop Show" ...
and maybe ask about stuff like "Chicago Hot Dog Friday" in the wikileaks releases.

I think Obama spent about $65,000 of the tax-payers money flying in
pizza/dogs from Chicago for a private party at the White House not long
ago, assume we are using the same channels?

Wow that's hectic.. Is there any good side? :D

While the indictment is strange, the tactic is not.

I suspect that Awan and his cohorts are more than they appear to be.

Depending on the info he has, he could provide evidence leading to the indictment of much bigger fish.

Thanks Outer Dark for the reporting. We need to be exposing this criminal behavior by the DOJ enmasse and dump the whole system by refusing to participate in their completely made up corporate court system!

GOOD POST with the whole interesting information..i like it, keep it up.

Godammit why can't we have nice things? Thanks for the update, can't seem to find good fresh info on the case.
