RE: Curation Contest - Week 15 of Paying it Forward

in #contest6 years ago

Well looks like I flubbed up again. For some reason got all messed up on the dates. I was thinking this was still a few days off. I may still come squealing in with a lat min entry. More likely will put something together for next week. Give me more time to focus on making some visits anyway.

Guess I should know better than to type out a bantering reply with you lurking about. You never miss a single detail. yet you entirely overlooked the missing e in late?
Anyway the apparently misplaced humor refers to coming to a quick stop. As in putting on the breaks when passing through too quickly.
The e was a far more noteworthy offence.

I did not miss it - I don't pick on everything or I'll be too tired - hehehe ...

Well you should rest up. I got plenty more where that came from. :D

You are right and so am I - because there are different classes of encoding and mine is "Decimal HTML Entity" and yours might be "Apple/iOS Picture" or "Google Android Picture" of the same.

Oh I was just saying I didn't get that one from your list
Anyway this is ever so much fun. You truly have mastered the art of lighthearted banter. I should head on out now and check out your features.
will use extreme caution to avoid any misplaced squeals.
Thanks for the chat.

Actually, you might not be wrong (if you were driving a car with a brake problem):

Aug 14, 2012 - So it's going to squeal when you are just driving down the road and when you brake ... A third really common noise you get in brakes is just a squeaking when you stop. ... to lubricate when you are putting in calipers and rotors and so on and so forth. ... Take your car in as soon as you hear any strange noise.

See now we can rest easy. My racing reference has the Google seal of approval.
