INTERACTIVE BATTLE TOURNAMENT#5 - STAGE ONE FIGHT

STAGE ONE

Now enrolled, and excited over the prospect of fresh battle you sprint down to the dock ready to leave Heroes Island...

The voyage across the ocean is  mostly uneventful, learning from previous travels @doctorcrypto spends the night locked up down below with the on ship stores and no Chili!

You are awoken in the middle of the night to what sounds like a... small child weeping! its coming from below.

As you wait for @artlover, to find the keys to the store room door, you take a look around the ship. Strangely enough @aussieninja is kicking back with his laptop and mic, putting together an entry for the Karaoke fundraiser project

Before you can run back to your laptop and do a last minute entry yourself, the door is open and you all race in to see what is happening....you notice @doctorcrypto with some underwear over his head whimpering... then in the corner you notice it, It's a Siren! 

These foul temptresses of the Sea can turn themselves into your greatest desire and lure you to doom!

How did she get on board, why are there bricks below deck, and what the hell did she turn herself into to make @doctorcrypto behave like that?

When you ask him about the Siren, he just says "Huh what Siren?....."

...What ever the problem, there is only one fix - Kill it quick!

This creature is sneaky and it has an attack power of 2 (You must score a hit of 2 or more to win this Stage). 

Special field info for this Stage (check for your class): This Siren is tough against physical attacks, but a wizard might be able to resist a bit.

Warrior: Player to remove 1 point from your hit point score 

Wizard: Player to add 1 point to your hit point score

Archer: Player to remove 1 point from your hit point score

@doctorcrypto seems to be immune, he needs to hit for anything above a 1 to end this creature - I suspect the good doctor knows more then he has let on.

Game Instructions -There are 5 steps to the Stage battle process:

1. You need to self manage your character, you have 3 life points (3 attempts) to defeat the foe

• To display your life points, type a reply !l3. As you lose fights, display your current life points for others to see, i.e !l2 and then !l1.
• BOT BACKUP COMMANDS: In the event the bot doesn't activate there type !l3b or !l3c or just type in your reply how many lives you have left.Please delete/edit commands that don't work to keep the page tidy.

2. Optional Pickpocket time - You may attempt to pickpocket the enemy, you must do this before they are dead.

• To pick the pocket of your foe, type a reply !openpockets. Then wait to see what you get, it could be a positive or negative item. 
• BOT BACKUP COMMANDS: In the event the bot doesn't activate try !openpocketsb or !openpocketsc or finally try !picksomepockets and trusty old @schopenhauer will help is out :)  - Please if possible delete/edit commands that don't work, before trying a backup, it will help to keep the page tidy.

3. Optional Item use time - You may have purchased an item from the item shop  and wish to use it for this Stage. To begin all players are player level 0, so the only items you may purchase are level0. Level0 items only stay for the Stage you purchased them and then the item is consumed. Level 0 items are randomly summoned, to do this.

• Transfer 0.01 Steem to the @wizardzap bot. Doing this will also have the bot upvote your other steemit posts while you remain a IBT player
• Type in a reply below !ibtluckydip - Then just wait and see what level 0 item you luck, most are +1 to hit, none are negative items. 
• BOT BACKUP COMMANDS: In the event the bot doesn't activate there type !ibtluckydipb or !ibtluckydipc or finally try !picksomepockets (and take the first positive item, you may need to run a couple of times)  - Please if possible delete/edit commands that don't work to keep the page tidy.

4.You need a clean reply to complete an attack:   

Quick Summary of attack commands per class are:

Archer attack:  

• Quick attack, likely to hit: !onearrow
• Difficult attack, may not hit, but hits for allot: !manyarrows

BACKUP BOT COMMANDS: In the event the above doesn't work try the same command with a b or a c at the end (finally try ! !sendanarrow  or  !sendabunchofarrows ) 

Warrior attack:  

• Quick attack, like to hit: !warriorstab 
• Difficult attack, may not hit, but hits for allot: !warriorslash

BACKUP BOT COMMANDS: In the event the above doesn't work try the same command with a b or a c at the end (finally try !mightystab or !mightyslash) 

Wizard attack:

• Quick attack, like to hit:  !mysticzap
• Difficult attack, may not hit, but hits for allot: !mysticblast

BACKUP BOT COMMANDS: In the event the above doesn't work try the same command with a b or a c at the end (finally try !magiczap or !magicblast) 

NOTE: The attack will only be activated if you type the command in on it's own in a reply.  

Please only use an attack for your class for this IBT - if you use an  attack for another class, it will not be counted and you  may not win  Steem. You may need to wait a few seconds, then refresh the page to see the  results. IF nothing happens, please be patient and someone will advise  what to do next - remember the bots and everything is experimental, so  please be patient :)  

5. You need to calculate if you won the fight or not? If you won in the first attempt, you will win Steem! and you just need to keep an eye on the campaign map to see when the next stage is ready and you can move on.You may only move on if you have won the Stage your on or lost all your life points, if you move on prior all your life points for the previous stage will be lost *and these are useful for the final boss round*.

To calculate your true damage you need to add/remove from the bot  provided hit points number any positive/negative effects from any items  you currently have or any other special field effects listed -It maybe possible to automate this process as well, but for this IBT you must manually count.  

I know it sounds like allot of work and even a bit complicated - But  it's actually heaps of fun, try to remember this is a work in progress  and you are supporting the work by playing and providing on the field  testing :)
