[CONTEST] The World in 2030 #2 : My Country

Thank you to all the people that entered the first World in 2030 contest.

All eleven entries made for interesting reading.

It was quite fascinating to read so many different perspectives from around the world on what the rest of this decade has in store for us.

A good number of the entries painted a bleak future for us, but a few did have some signs of hope.

Now I want to move on to part 2 of this contest.

What will it be like in 2030 in your country.

What do you think your country will be like in 2030?

I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

Write a post with your ideas and predictions for the end of the decade.

This time look at your own country specifically - not the wider world.

What will change in the country where you live by the end of the decade?

Will there be more wealth, or more poverty?

Will there be peace, or unrest?

Will there be a significant change in the political control in your country?

Will there be new industries, new technologies, more employment?

And what about the environment, will extreme weather events be ravaging your country?

Or will your government be implementing new measures to deal with the climatic changes?

References to other sources can be included if you want, but I am not looking for a scientific essay.

Posts can be in any language, and should be between 300 and 1000 words.
