Daily Intelligence Puzzles #1: Win SBD (Difficulty: Easy)

Hey guys and girls! Today is the day for the first Daily Intelligence Puzzle! A quick recap on what it is about:

-In this post, I will give a puzzle. It's your task to solve it!
-By solving the puzzle, you will win Lottery Tickets. The Lottery prize will be 100% of the SBD payout of this post. If it's less than 0.25 SBD, I will fund it to 0.25 SBD.
-Comment the answer. Be fast, as the first to answer gets 3x tickets, second 2x tickets and third 1.5x tickets.
-Incorrect answers also get tickets and resteemers too!

So enough about how the contest works... Let's get started with the puzzle! As it's the first time, I decided to start off with a relatively easy one! It has to do with maths and logic.
PS: For the maths-haters, don't worry! Everyday, a different kind of puzzle will be posted! :)

PUZZLE:

It's July 21st. Many people sit on the beaches, loving the sun. Inside, watching the rain.. But Steve got a different plan! Steve had recently heard about John's hobby: Saving cookies! Steve isn't as fast as John, so he saves up cookies at a slower rate. Each day, both he and John increase their cookies at a constant rate.

-Steve started on July 1st and John started 2 weeks earlier. (NOTE: On their first day, they also added cookies to their savings)
-On July 21st, Steve has exactly the amount of cookies John had 1 week before Steve started. (NOTE: After adding cookies)
-Assume there is no February 29th and the year consists outof exactly 365 days

Now Steve wants to figure out the month and day (For example: June 3) at which he adds the last cookies to his savings, to achieve the same number of cookies John has now. (So after they added the cookies).

Your task is to figure out exactly the date at which Steve achieves the number of cookies John has now!
