Steemit: A PERMISSIVE ADDICTION-predict and win SBD from a fortunate rookie

Wow! I'm so happy right now. Maybe i should shout again and probably raise my voice louder this time. My aunt just came in to my room to check if steemit has successfully driven me totally insane LOL.....I really annoy her a lot with the gospel. Been dancing to the fact she is beginning to understand she can't talk me out of this particular addiction. I feel hungry typing this right now but food can wait...YES I AM ADDICTED.

Guys i am very grateful for the support since i landed the steemit community...the warm reception at the airport i can't forget. I have been playing by the rules and following every hint i get from my friends here who have been generously feeding me ( the fortunate rookie) with success tips, ideas, experiences and lessons to aid my growth. I AM GRATEFUL

Let me quickly tell you what's happening today in Akwa Ibom state where i hail from. Nigeria is a blessed country. Blessed as the most populous black nation, blessed as one of the power houses of Africa. We have talented people who still have the Fear of GOD. Nigerians are dogged, happy and resilient. We never say never. Ugly situations become dramatic only in Naija, hence, they call us the happiest people on earth.

Nigeria is blessed geographically. Mother nature loves us so much that she gifted us beautiful land masses, stunning destinations you can visit for tourism. From OBUDU CATTLE RANCH situated at Cross River, Calabar to LAGOS BEACH BAR to mention but a few. We are rich in culture, very industrious and FREE. The type of freedom most countries of the world can only dream of. We have food and resources; crude oil, the most pronounced which accounts for about 35% of gross domestic product. We are one of the wealthiest nations of Africa.

Above All, Nigeria is blessed with AKWA IBOM STATE

I hail from this part of Nigeria and i am proud. Today marks the 30th anniversary of our state creation and it's been series of celebration since the 1st of September. I am currently not in the state but what can actually stop me from celebrating with my people?. Akwa Ibom is beautiful, rich in crude oil and filled with happy people. Celebrate my dear state of origin with me. You mind?

Has this journey been easy?

Yes..very very easy when there is PASSION. when you follow the rules. The first rule i came across was "do not miss your password"so I obeyed.
Having sign up successfully, i didn't just start posting like i saw other newbies doing. I read and continued reading a lot because i was totally dumbfounded at first sight even when i had fallen in love. I saw this very beautiful commercial by @sirwinchester and told my self this cannot not be passion driven. My love for steemit mooned like bitcoin's last ATH...(don't see me as a crypto pro already i'm just a fast learner, and i'm really interacting here).

INTERACTION is key.
While developing passion for what you do, there is need to mingle with like-minds, especially the ones who have a wider knowledge than you. And luckily for us the whales and dolphins are kind, they are generous, they are here for us. No matter how busy they still find time to teach us. Why not get to know these wonderful people?

CONSISTENCY is another important factor. Just keep posting good articles. It gets tough at times but truth is most times i don't know what to write but i still write something. for example i am supposed to garnish this part with a quote but i can't find any in my brain shelf. The whack you put out here is a fix to someone who has not reached your level.

Yay! Been waiting for this to come. @surpassinggoogle says when we post something here on steemit we potentially fix someone.

It has never been about us all along!

I thought about it and resolved at fixing someone some more. So let's do this for @bania. He is not too strong and needs something to cheer him up.
