Contest Time! 5 SBD Prize! Celebrating Half A Year This Week For ShadowBot!
This week marks our close of the first 180 days (half a year) being part of the Steem community! To celebrate we are going to have a little contest this week with a 5 SBD Prize!
Rules are simple:
Make a comment below containing a link to a post you made over the last year that has already expired that you feel still deserves to be read.
Check back during the week and read through other member's posts, and decide on 3 you like most. Up vote the comments containing the links to the expired posts to cast your votes for this contest. (This process will allow those author to earn more for their post despite it being expired). Please vote only 3 comments below to ensure everyone gets a fair chance.
Once this post expires the post with the highest number of votes (not the highest reward) will be the winner!
You must be an active ShadowBot member to win the prize. New members are allowed and encouraged to join, but members MUST be active Casters on ShadowBot during the contest to be eligible for the prize.
We hope this is a fun way to get exposure to more good authors while having a little contest to celebrate our march past 180 days this week!
Happy steeming everyone!

Single father but I relate to your story a lot! Thanks for sharing with us all!
I am surprised how much you upvote my comment. Thank you soo much my dear. Yeah I know we have many struggles raising the child alone but we have more people behind us to support.
Thats the max vote strength I have ;) I get the struggle greatly it isn't easy even when things are going well to the rest of the world it still is a battle to deal with, always putting someone ahead of yourself before you ever really had a chance to find yourself and your place in the world..
Wow thank you so much my dear. How old is your child? It is really hard in the beginning but as you get along you can adapt to the major adjustment in life like setting the priorities in life.
Turned 8 two days ago! She is getting so big!
What a coincidence, mine is already 8 years old..
It is a very cute time, they still think we are god but they know enough to question things!
You have my vote :)
thank you @click3rs .. thanks for your support.
A touching story. You're right about relationships being complex when you have children. I think the main reason is we as parents give our children every consideration, and that complicates matters for the outside person. When I had to choose between my second wife and my children, it was a simple choice and one I have no regrets about making. Good luck to you and your family.
This is a post about Lord Shelton, a fictional character inspired by a glass snail I made.

OMG Yes this is great! I am so loving this! Points!
Thank you so much! His Lordship always appreciates the international support of Steemians in these early months of his new office.
Ha, I want a follow up on his Lordship! Lord Shelton is a bo$$!
Haha! Great story - i wonder what his lordships views are on people with size 11 feet, much more dangerous in the snailworld...
Great question, most of Cheshireland is sympathetic to the accidental collision of soles with Cheshireland souls, as the life of a snail in human populated world is naturally dangerous. Although intensional foot to snail interactions are far less tolerated and have in some instances provoked retaliation.
Herein lies the official stance of Lord Shelton, if the perpetrator expresses immediate remorse implying an accident, his Lordship will be forgiving. If the human displays malicious intent, his Lordship will order a slow moving assault, the likes of which have never been seen!
This post got the upvote of a whale and that generated some upvotes from other interesting people. It motivated me to get more involved.

This post was about a camping trip we did to SPITZKOPPE NAMIBIA and the scenery really was something to see, thus I took a lot photographs so that I could show people that have not traveled to Namibia just how beautiful that portion of Africa is and may be influence to make a trip to see the beauty of Namibia.
