Today I want to buy these recipes to make some delicious cupcakes and the truth is that after tasting them you will love them as much as I do.
The first recipe for these delicious cupcakes are the almond cupcakes, so if you are a nut lover these cupcakes are for you. Basically it is a spongy sponge cake with a delicious almond flavor which you can accompany with a rich orange frosting or vanilla butter cream and make the decoration you want. this straight reaches you to make 24 cupcakes and good without more nothing to say I leave you all the ingredients you will need for
• 2 ½ tz of flour
• 2 ½ cdts of baking powder
• ¼ cdt of Salt
• ¾ tz of Butter
• 1 ½ tz of Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 ½ cdt of Almond extract
• ½ cdt of Vanilla extract
• 1 ¼ tz Milk
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder and salt reserve.
Cream butter and sugar until creamy and pale in color.
Add the eggs one by one, beat after each addition.
Add the vanilla and the almond extract.
Add little by little the flour mixture, alternating with milk to the butter mixture.
Put in a tray with cups and fill them 2/3 parts. Bake at 190 ºC (375 F) for 20 - 22 min.
Tips: Before putting the frosting or the butter cream you should let them cool completely, because if you decorate them with the cupcakes even hot frosting or butter cream will melt on your cupcake and that will not look at all nice.
Vainilla Frosting
A classic base to so many different recipes and very easy to make, they are very few ingredients which we can often have at home. These are the ingredients you will need to make this delicious vanilla frosting.
Ingredients:
¼ Lb butter , softend
5 Cups powdered sugar, divided
¼ Cup milk
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Cream together butter and 2 ½ cups powdered sugar.
Add milk and vanilla.
Continue to beat until smooth.
Gradually add remaining sugar.
Beat until smooth. let it rest for a while in the fridge and your frosting is ready to be used.
tips that I give you is that before you begin to decorate your cupcakes let rest a little in the refrigerator your frosting or butter cream for about 2-3 min, so the frosting is more consistent and your decorations will be beautiful.
