This is how I bake cookies
Mr. nakedfly's Purp tood Cookies.
1 cup Butter (1/2 Lb or two sticks)
1 cup peanutbutter, two eggs,
1 Tsp vanilla, 1tsp Baking soda,1/2 Tsp baking powder, 1/4 Tsp. salt
1 cup of chocolate milk drink mix or from the home made recipe below*
3/4 cup brown sugar packed, 3/4 cup granulated sugar,white.
Mix these ingredients with a kitchenaide or hand blender or by spoon in a bowl till well mixed and smooth.
Then you must have 1 pack of peanutbutter/milk chockolate or one pack peanutbutter
one pack milk or semisweet chocolate chips.
1 pack peanutbutter candy
2 1/2 cups flour

Slowly add 2 cups desired flour hold back 1/2 cup for adjustments later.
I used Navaho Flour. This is a good time to be picky and it's fun!
With the 2 cups in see if you need the 1/2 cup. The dough should'nt really stick to the bowl.
Then get your chips and candy from the refrigerator, Be sure these are very cold when put in the mix,
of which use all of the peanutbutter chocolate chip
or half and half of the seperate bags of chocolate and peanutbutter chips.
Stir these in. If using powered mixing tecnique, mix at a minumum at this time to avoid breaking the chips.
The cold chips will also thicken the dough nicely
Now very last add 1/2 bag... or so, of peanutbutter candies and again if you are using powered mixing mix at a minimum for the same reason.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour
Now preheat oven to 325 Degrees set rack at upper to middle of the oven.
prep cookie sheet with aluminum foil and ball cookie dough to desired size 1" balls will do
Don't over load the sheet with too many cookies as some may burn and some may undercook.
Bake 10 minutes or to your ovens time and temp.
Due to the variety of ovens and elevation and environmental temperment, results may vary.

1/3 cup Cocoa powder 2/3 cup sugar, Pinch of salt.
