Cooking Lesson no. 13 "How to Make Beef Intestine in Sweet and Spicy Sauce"
Hello everyone!
It's been a week since I posted my last #cooking-lesson content, I usually posted 2-4 cooking lesson recipe a week but because I've been very busy this past few days I can't find enough time to cook and make a cooking-lesson post for this past few days. But I'm very happy because today I manage to find enough time to make my first cooking-lesson post for this week, and since it's been a short while since my last cooking-lesson recipe today let me show you how to make/cook this unique recipe the "Beef Intestine in Sweet in Spicy Sauce".
How to Make Beef Intestine in Sweet and Spicy Sauce. Ingridients and Procedure
Ingridients
boiled beef intestine 300g
cabbage 100g
minced garlic 3 cloves
sliced onion 1pc
salt 1/4 teaspoon
sugar 2 spoons
pepper 1/4 teaspoon
msg 1/8 teaspoon (optional)
chili flakes 3 spoons
cooking oil 2 spoons
1 cup of water
Procedure
First preheat the pan with 2 spoons of cooking oil then saute the garlic and onion until the color of garlic turns to golden brown.
then put the boiled intestine in the pan and saute it with onion and garlic for 30 seconds. (I usually boil the beef intestine for less than 2 hours)
then add 1 cup of water and put 3 spoons of chili flakes, 1/4 spoon salt, 2 spoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and 1/8 teaspoon of MSG(optional).
then after putting all the ingridients keep on mixing and boiling it until the sauce becomes a little sticky and the color became reddish.
then lastly put the cabbage and mix it again for another 1 minute.
then it's done and ready to serve, very easy right?
At last it's time to eat Lol, this Beef Intestine in Sweet and Spicy Sauce is best to eat with rice and any fried dishes.
This is my own original recipe and I think this is one of my best recipe so far because of its unique taste and ingridients and also I want the combination of sweet and spicy taste so this food is perfect to my taste bud plus the unique taste of beef intestine so I can say that this food is one of my favorite.
