Bread-baking Beasts AKA eating....baking...drinking...
Hey y'all...I have to say I haven't been all that busy, but there has been a ton of eating, baking and drinking (not necessarily in that order) since home-stay started I think it was March 12?
I took the bread challenge a few weeks ago started by @meesterboom and it turned us into bread-baking beasts. We now have our own sour dough starter that we have proudly shared with neighbors - oy, do they have to ask so many questions? there's the internet folks! lol.
So, just some highlights from the past few weeks

On to Focaccia bread. Here was our 2nd try....OMG, I could live on this:
And as it was Easter AND my birthday, gardendaughter made a carrot cake:
Beautiful day on Easter, and on our walk, we saw this....
Thank goodness gardening and landscaping are "Essential Services" so at least there is outdoor work to counter-balance the bread and cake eating!!!
