So I tried Blue apron

I needed inspiration...badly. So i ordered that overly priced and expensive food delivery blue apron. Im not sure if you would say its a great way to spend your hard earned dollars, but Its nice to come home after a long day at the office and your box of goodies are waiting on you. No grocery shopping. No forgetting a ingredient and having to go back to the store once you have started preparation.

Nicely packaged and the correct portions of fresh crisp veggies and meat to create a sensible meal without too much guesswork and without the dreaded takeout..again.

The menu is somewhat limited. So not a great fit for picky eaters. But it will give you good ideas, introduce you to great and different produce to use, and how to incorporate it to make an amazing meal.

Here is to my first meal prep and experience with blue apron. Yum. Unfortunitly, I did cancel my subscription. $79 for 2 meals feeding four people gets crazy expensive each week. It wouldnt be so bad if those were the only meals I had to worry about. I might not have a great grocery store in my area to buy such great and vast produce, but I still need to be more frugal.
