Chinese rice (recipe with photos)
Good evening friends, I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Today, we celebrate Three Kings Day with family and friends; I came up with the wonderful idea of preparing a delicious Chinese rice with chicken; although it can be eaten as a single dish, since it has the proteins of chicken, the carbohydrate of rice and the fiber of some vegetables, I thought it would be ideal to accompany it with a mixed salad.
Next, I'm going to explain step by step how to prepare an exquisite "Chinese rice".
The ingredients that are added for its preparation are very varied, among the meats and seafood that are used in this recipe are: pork, shrimp, squid, red meat, chicken. This time I prepared a Chinese rice with chicken and vegetables.

You'll need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 piece of smoked chop
- 6 branches of celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 red pepper
- 5 spring onions
- 6 sweet peppers (red and green)
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg.
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Soy sauce
The first step is to fry the chicken (chopped into small cubes) at a medium temperature until golden brown.
We must avoid that the chicken is too toasted, this is the ideal color...
Next we will prepare the white rice: Place a cup of white rice, two and a half cups of water, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of oil and add the piece of smoked chop, this additional ingredient gives it a delicious smoky flavor.
While you wait for the rice to cook, take the opportunity to prepare a tortilla with the egg.
They will put it on "high" heat, stirring from time to time; when boiling, they will lower the temperature to the "minimum", they cover it... and when they observe that huequitos begin to form between the grains of the rice, it is the moment to remove it from the fire.
Place 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over "high" heat and start frying: the crushed garlic, the chives, the onion and the small chopped piece of ginger.
Immediately we add the red pepper chopped in small cubes...
It is time to add the sweet peppers (red and green), in this recipe is important that all our ingredients are with a crunchy texture and a beautiful bright color.
Add the chopped chicken...
Next place the celery branches, mix well and cook for 1 minute (to prevent it from losing its exquisite taste).
When everything is well integrated, remove from the fire and the last ingredient to add is the scrambled eggs.
Almost in the last step: we will give color to the white rice, we add the soy sauce; the quantity I leave them to your choice.
Add the rice to the ingredients and mix little by little.
