VEGAN CAKE - HEALTY AND SUPERTASTY !

If you are among those people who think that the words "healthy" and "tasty" can not go together in the same sentence, I have here an overwhelming proof that will surely make you change your mind.
Ready in 40 minutes, this recipe is not only fast and delicious, but also very very cheap, suitable for all types of palate, from the kids to the most refined, the cocoa cake is a soft and simple sweet that you can never say no, light and perfect at any time of the day.

- INGREDIENTS:

BASE OF THE CAKE:
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar (preferably of cane)
1 + 1/4 cups seed oil
3 cups water
1 + 1/2 cups cocoa
1 sachet of dry vanilla yeast

TOPPING:
1 pack vegetable whipped cream
3 strawberries

TOOLS:
Oven
Baking Sheet
Greaseproof paper
Silicone scoop
Hand mixer
Containers

STEPS:

FOR THE BASE:

Take two containers, in one put all the solids in the quantities indicated above, except the yeast (flour, sugar, cocoa) and in the other all the liquids (water at room temperature, seed oil).
Mix the solids well until they reach a consistency and a homogeneous color.
Take the container of liquids, add a pinch of sugar (which will be used to activate the yeast) and inoculate the yeast, stirring in such a way as not to form lumps. Wait a few seconds and you will see a slight froth emerge. The yeast is now rehydrated and is starting to work.
Then add the liquids to the solids flush, little by little, stirring until you reach a homogeneous consistency, more liquid than creamy.

PREPARE THE TILE:

Wet the parchment paper, remove the excess water by squeezing it and place it inside the pan. This will allow the base to not burn and remain soft and soft, without forming too much crust.
Preheat the oven. It does not matter how many degrees, 'cause each oven cooks its own way. You know yours.

BAKING:

Pour the mixture of the base into the pan and bake at a medium-high temperature (from 1 to 10 we say an 8) and cook for 30 minutes.
Put yourself in front of the oven and watch the base rise. There is no more gratifying waiting than watching a nice cake grow in the oven, surrounded by the sweet smell, so enjoy it all!
Once the 30 minutes have elapsed, turn the pan to obtain uniform cooking and slightly lower the oven temperature (from 1 to 10 let's say a 6).
Bake for another 5/10 minutes, toothpick and take out. Let it cool.
The base is ready and very soft.

FOR THE TOPPING

Take the whisk, put the cream in a bowl and whip it!
In another container wash the strawberries well and cut into wedges.
Just before serving the cake, spread a layer of cream on the top of the base and apply the strawberry pieces to your liking.

You can add chocolate chips to the dough, or if you are not particularly fond of cream and strawberries, you could stuff the base with some creamy peanut butter, honey and roasted peanuts. YUMMY!
