Cook With Us #18 - Chocolate Ice Cream Parfait with mixed berries
I love chocolate - and especially chocolate ice-cream.
Place a ring of chocolate sauce in a dish and take a glass which you have placed in the deep freeze to coat the rim of the glass
The chocolate will run down the sides of the glass
It was beyond hot so I had to work against the heat to get this together before melting
I layered mixed berries with the ice cream and decorated with a wafer biscuit, some walnuts and cream.
Added some dark chocolate vermicilli
Hope you all enjoyed your Sundae's and parfaits - Jack, my fiance and I enjoyed eating them.
