Hello all my friends food at Steemian! Here is a fun weekly contest @cookwithus by the Cook with Us team: @chefsteve, @pandamama and @offoodandart!
And the theme of this week is...!!!

before I want to introduce myself to all.
I am @jack (@steemreportet1) I am a journalist on one of the private television stations, I like to cook but do not like to be a chef. incidentally contest today about the food being roasted, I have a recipe about this and this we often do when we are camping together colleagues during the day off work.

ingredients raw:

  • 1 chicken, cut to taste
  • 500 ml coconut water taken from 1 piece of old coconut
  • 2 stem of lemongrass, in crushing
  • 10 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 4 cm galangal, geprek bruise
  • 1 tablespoon of tamarind water
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 35 g brown sugar

seasoning ingredient:

  • 5 cloves of garlic, peel the skin

  • 12 grains of onion, peel off the skin

  • 6 candlenuts

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of cilantro

  • 4 cm turmeric

  • 3 cm ginger

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

Steps how to make grilled chicken

  • 1. Stir-fry all the spices smooth, Do not forget to include also stem lemongrass, galangal and bay leaf until spice ingredients bring up the delicious aroma.

  • 2. If the seasoning is ready, then put the pieces of chicken while stirring for mixed seasoning. Add tamarind juice, soy sauce and also brown sugar, stirring. Do not miss it, coconut water is included as well yes? Cook until pieces are ripe and browned. Lift, separate the pieces of chicken from the broth. Later sau chicken can be used as a spice ingredients.

  • 3. The last step is to burn the chicken that had been cooked before using the embers until the chicken meat turns brown. Lift and season the chicken pieces with the sauce that has been separated earlier. Burn back to mature and spice up.

  • 4. Lift and serve with warm rice and healthy vegetables.
