RE: The Things You CANNOT Say About Coronavirus
"Where did he say it was a hoax?"
He has been downplaying it, brushing it off, claiming it's overblown, and shaming anyone who thinks otherwise from the very start. He was wrong and is now backpedaling furiously. If only he would come out and say he was wrong, and maybe look into WHY that happened, this could be a learning experience. Instead, he's pretending he didn't get duped by this double-fake, to save face, and has lost my respect because of it. Which is a shame because I've supported him all along.
"there are problems with the tests"
There are problems with nearly everything. This adds literally nothing to the discussion.
"..with the way deaths are coded"
Okay, so? Where are you going with that? Suggesting something, perhaps that nobody is really dying, and it's just old people with regular pneumonia? Is that your point? If not, what is it?
"tents outside, and no one there"
See my coming upload for a retort to this ridiculous, common, misinformed opinion. Essentially, health care services are readied BEFORE they are needed, or patients suffer/die. This is common practice everywhere in health care. You never want more patients than beds and staff. Those directing the hospitals to erect tends for more beds are aware how exponential growth works. You should learn about it, too.
"Where is your moral outrage on all that?"
You didn't bother to even click on my name, shame on you. Here, I'll link you to my charity project called [ Mission: Agua-Possible ], running nearly 2 years, which seeks to bring water back to a devastated Venezuelan neighborhood. Since you asked.
"Who benefits from extreme fear and anger mongering like yours?"
Don't be silly. You're the one here who is angry. As for fear, sure, things are scary at the moment. But I have knowledge and preparation, both of which give me courage, and courage overcomes fear. Fear is natural for humans, and healthy, and it doesn't have to be paralyzing.
