COOKING DISH USING FOOD PACKS
Here are sample recipe dish using food relief packs
- OMELET EGG IN SARDINES
INGREDIENTS
- Garlic 5cloves
- Onion 1pc
- Egg 2pc
- Salt 1 pinch
- Cooking Oil
- Sardines 2 Canned
- tomato 1pc
- onion chives (optional)
Directions:
STEP 1. preheat frying pan at a low heat.
STEP 2. Stir fry the garlic and onion then add the sardines
STEP 3. Set aside the stir fry sardines
STEP 4. in a pan put a 1tbs of cooking oil
add the EGG.
STEP 5. Once Egg is Cooked add the stir fry Sardines done best partner with fried rice or loaf bread.
- SISIG SARDINES
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of 425g MEGA SARDINES
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium-sized onion, minced
1 pc. red chili (siling labuyo), minced
Oil or 1/8 stick of butter for frying
Optional Dressing:
2 pcs. calamansi
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp soy sauce
Procedure:
In a cooking pan, heat oil or butter
Saute garlic, and onion.
Put in Uni-Pak Mackerel flakes and red chili. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer it to serving plate
Put calamansi, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Mix well.

- SAN MARINO CORNED TUNA MAYONNAISE SPREAD
INGREDIENTS:
150G San Marino Corned tuna
80Ml ladyschoice mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS: Just Mixed the mayonnaise ang the corned tuna. best with loaf bread or hot cross buns.
