I am glad you got refunded. I hope Israel extends it's quarantines to a month, as it's been shown the virus can remain latent for at least 24 days without causing symptoms. I hope Korea also manages to quash it's incipient epidemic. What horrible destruction cults have caused Korea in the last decade!
Yes, I've seen this extended latency information.
Biggest problem is that a large percentage of people show no symptoms at all. Apparently 50% of Diamond Princess passengers were asymptomatic and another 40% had mild cold like symptoms that most people wouldn't pay any attention to. 10% got really sick though.
