Maryann Petri has been banned from Facebook without explanation after releasing this podcast. James was to spend 30 days in jail, but after Maryann emailed the podcast to the judge , he was released the next day....WHY because the judge realized he was caught in his web of corruption.
Yesterday, 12-12-2023 in Suffolk County Family Court, NY state, while in a custody hearing our friend, ADA Advocate and Paralegal, James Kelly, was held in Contempt WITHOUT bail by Judge Alfred Graf. Judge Graf then sentenced James Kelly to 30 days in JAIL for recording a case where he was an ADA Advocate for a mother who has suffered Domestic Violence. This happened within the first five minutes into the hearing. He was then arrested, placed in cuffs and taken to JAIL.
This has been the third Contempt without bail INCARCERATION in the last month. Alisha explained that less than 1% of complaints are entertained at the COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL CONDUCT. These COMPLAINTS are SEALED as well, so what is the CJC in NY HIDING? The complaints FALL ON DEAF EARS. They don't like ADA Advocates.
Apparently Judge Alfred Graf has a reputation for Judicial abuse and tyranny. Now, an ADA advocate sits in jail, AT TAXPAYERS EXPENSE, for a frivolous reason.
