I'm pretty optimistic and sure that things will come to the before-pandemic period. The interest in coworking spaces decreased due to people still being skeptical after the pandemic about big working places. I saw many sites like http://osdoro.com.sg getting less accessed even after the pandemic was over. Of course, numbers are getting slowly back to the old ones. Countries that put a great accent on the society, like Japan and India, will get back to the coworking spaces really fast. As great as working/learning from your house sounds, it's not.
