You can make a video and upload it to Youtube. I would keep it short and to the point. People don't have a lot of patience to hear these kind of stories. Most people will quickly turn a blind eye rather than get involved. But I agree 100% CPS is an unconstitutional loose cannon that operates outside law, preying on our kids. It needs to be abolished. Family courts also illegal.
