[Bar/Pub] Mysterlee Brewing Company - Seoul, Korea

This is one of my favourite brewpubs here in Korea.
Founded by two of the greatest beer geeks in the country, this joint sells bold and exciting beers as well as excellent food.
I've so far tried quite a few of their dishes and almost all of their beers, and I'm happy to report a record-low fail rate.
I have to say that they're getting a bit experimental with their new brews, but, hey, most of them turn out great, so who am I to complain?

They normally serve their beers in Riedel glasses (how cool is that), but take-outs are available in plastic cups at discounted prices. If that's not enough, they also can their beers on the spot in 500 mL crowlers. They don't keep well with prolonged storage, but they're perfect for a picnic out near the Han river on a warm, sunny day.

요즘 들어 가장 자주 찾는 브루펍인 미스터리 브루잉 컴퍼니. 한국 대표 맥덕 두 분의 콜라보 프로젝트답게 매장 내에서 직접 양조하는 신선한 수제 맥주를 판매한다. 아직까지 실패한 적 없는 최강 음식 메뉴는 덤. 맥주의 기본 퀄리티도 높고 사우어와 페일에일을 블렌딩해서 내놓는 등의 재미있는 시도도 좋다.

보통 리델 잔에 맥주를 서빙하지만 플라스틱 테이크아웃 컵으로 주문하면 할인가에 제공한다. 매장 앞에 파티오가 있어서 따뜻한 날에는 테이크아웃 컵을 들고 나가 여유를 즐기는 것도 추천. 이 곳에서 판매되는 모든 맥주는 즉석에서 캔입이 가능하기 때문에 날이 좀 풀리면 종류별로 몇 캔 사들고 한강가로 나가보는 것도 좋을 것 같다. 장기 보관 및 유통을 위한 캔입이 아니기 때문에 구매 후 1-2일 내로 마셔줘야 하므로 너무 욕심은 부리지 말자. (처음에 신나서 집에 4캔 사갔다가 이틀 연속 야근하는 바람에 고대로 버린 적도 있다....ㅠ)
