I don't have much experience with blockchain technology, but I am skilled in project management and operations. I am a nurse with experience in the USMC in the operations section of an artillery unit. As well as having grown up in a fire department, which instilled a great respect in me for operational hierarchies and chain of command. I also have served as a moderator for /r/nursing, and community leader/moderator for www.rawcritics.com in its heyday as a Minecraft community.

I should have also mentioned that knowing your way around Wordpress and HTML/CSS will also be rather critical as the SMT project leader. Right out of the box...I am not entirely sure how implementing the tokens into the structure of our website will actually work...in regards to compatibility with other plugins and custom coding such as those for membership and forums. I haven't talked about it much...but once we can afford the necessary hosting plan and the software the CreativeSteem website will also have a forum and or live chat room function in which everyone here can connect in a discord like environment...with the main difference being the discussions there can be rewarded with tokens. Would you be interested in becoming a moderator for this initiative? It sounds like your skills would be ideal for this! Let me know what you think...this will most likely follow close on the heels of adopting SMT.
My HTML/CSS abilities are novice at best. What is the time line on this? I could cram enough in to design a web page in the next two weeks. I have a close friend who is proficient at both who would be willing to work with me, and I am a quick study.

I had just started on steemit and i am following you since beginning . I found you guys awesome. Although conducting contest your guys are earning alot but it has indirectly benefited us . We want to do thing different from same one.

There will most definitely be more contests...within the next few weeks another one will begin focused around creative writing...and at some point in the future...when we have more hosts...one for every day of the week.
