RE: The Chaos and the Calm.

I don't know if you're familiar with the Youtube Channel called "Yes Theory" but their life mantra basically is:
"Seek discomfort"

I think it is a very essential message to use for yourself in order to grow your personality. But it is often times easy and comfortable to lose track of it, compared to just doing it, because you are already occupied with so much stuff. But is the stuff we are occupied with, really more meaningful than doing we we intrinsically really want and love?

It's just that in order to achieve this state, there will be lots of situations where you experience discomfort and rather not put yourself out there, to be judged, to be critized. But I guess it is a wrong phallacy, because if you DON't do it, you will regret the wasted time at a later point in time, and it will only spiral down from there.

On a positive note, I really enjoy your posts even if you think you are lacking in creativity lately. I also wanted to get back into writing and creating art/photography like I used to, but I also doubt myself and whether people will respond positively.

I'd say we just need to DO it :)

Keep it up, mate!

Thank you much for the response.

I think I have heard of "yes Theory" but have yet to watch a video (I will check them out tonight)I like their mantra, it's something I need to embrace in my own life more.😀
