Communication Is Vital For Life

Have you ever imagined a life without communication? Everyone will be isolated, for me nothing will be fun. I recall when my little princess started talking, I eagerly and patiently awaited this moment, the indescribable joy I felt to hear her calling me "Mommy" and her father "Daddy" was unexplainable. I was thrilled when baby Blessing called me Mommy for the first time, I felt as though she was wrapping her little arms around me and telling me I love you, you are my Mommy, and I want to talk to you, this special moment will always remain evergreen!

I know all parents feel the same way about this, our ability to communicate is indeed a precious gift from God, and you know that we are not the only creatures with the ability to communicate, the animals too! Although animals are governed by instinct, they have their remarkable forms of communication. Recently, I read about a particular animal that used to communicate uniquely, and I feel to share with us, it's the emperor penguin in icy Antarctica.

During their annual pre-winter ritual these birds do courting and hooting at each other, and the life of each couple's future chick is normally involved. After the female penguin 🐧 lays her egg, she will release it to her mate to incubate in his marsupium while she goes to the sea to find food for herself. 65 days later she will return, sliding about 150 KM across the ice, finding her colony which is a miracle but how will she find her mate and their new chicks among hundreds of thousands of hooting emperors?

I learned that female penguins 🐧 used to memorize their mate's songs so well during their courtship, so that even after months of separation they will be able to find each other through their songs, isn't that phenomenal? They used to communicate with gestures, and they knew each other scents, flashing lights, and attention-grabbing colors.

Do you know that plants do communicate too? Incredible right? Yes, I learned that plants do communicate among themselves and with certain animals. You can see how vital communication Is to Earth’s existence, it's highly intricate and interdependent Web of life.

Just recently, one of us shared with us that she met her romantic partner right on this prestige platform, isn't that amazing 🤩 you may wonder how? She used to engage meaningfully with the person, so interactions can lead to wonderful connections with others.
