My first crochet project - Seal

Having never done any sort of crochet before, I was given a crochet kit as a present. It was to make 2 seal pups and had the wool and crochet hook provided as part of the set.

It took me a few times of unravelling and trial and error but I got there eventually. I had to use a crochet hook from a set i bought online after the one provided in the kit was wooden and a bit rough, it kept on snagging on the thread! The seal isnt perfect and doesn't quite look how it's supposed to but with practice im sure i will improve.

It has given me the taste for crochet and Im on the look out for other things to try!
