RE: I Am, More Than Ever...Grateful To Be Me! -- Dreaming of a world of accountability! - Assault: Part 2

First of all I have to congratulate you for being proud for doing your job. On the second hand, I want to share with you how we see in Venezuela the police officers. Sadly, we're afraid of them. Most of the police officers here (not all, because there's always people that can be the exception, but the majority is) are also thieves. They can stop you in the middle of the road, make you low down the window and rob you. No, this is not a science fiction movie, this is our reality. So, when we see a police officer anywhere, we tend to be very cautious, because we never trust on them.. and that's very sad you know? because our taxes pay for their salary and it makes us feel like it is all wasted, because there's no security at all and even them are dangerous too..

I have many friends from Venezuela and my heart goes out to them, to you, and your families/friends. Living under such circumstances is totally ridiculous. It just makes no sense that our employees treat us so abusively, and we are intimidated into continuing to pay their salaries through taxes, theft, and threats of harm. There is great unsettling all over the world. We are all alive right now for a reason. May it be that we came to this planet to help redirect the direction of the human race. We know there is a better way. We must stand together. Though you are far away, you are not alone. We are still together in heart, @claubzs.
