They do take time but they also add up over time as the value of these coins continue to rise. Heck just 2 years ago I was getting upwards of 500-1000 satoshi per claim which amounted to like nothing back then but now is $0.04 to $0.08 at current value which would be like a decent full time jobs wage lol Only so much money/satoshi can be generated on the page to pay out to people. Gotta operate in the green
