Yeah, I'm very glad that Steem is included! The savings compared to Blocktrades and Changelly are pretty significant, especially on higher amounts. On lower amounts, it's roughly the same.
Well @daan, finally with a little time to check into this a bit more, I found this in their Terms:

Oh well, maybe someday the "smoke will clear" on all the current regulatory confusion and complication ...
P.S. Note the fine "company we keep" on this list, as Americans - North Korea, Cuba, etc.
